Where the word Tongues or Tongue is actually mentioned in the Bible the Whole Bible
Genesis 10:20 These are the sons of Ham, after their families, after their tongues, in their countries, and in their nations.

Now where it is found and what it clearly means according to scripture comparing scripture like we are commanded to do no one can dispute the above evidence , I dont care what your Charismatic church clown says he is a liar and a deceiver and he is purposely corrupting the scriptures and a curse by God is clearly on him and anyone that is deceived by these lying signs and wonders.
First off, every charismatic that I have ever known, will quickly when asked why they either speak or believe in tongues, they will without hesitation say this ..Its in the Bible in Chapter Acts well my friend so is everything else , incest, murder robbery fornication lying, killing and so on. To Respond to a question with quote, Its in the Bible is a very weak statement .
They mention book of Acts they like to quote Acts chapter 2 well what are Tongues or speaking in tongues for lets see. When one reads the Bible, in Acts and Corinthians, They and Them are always referred to as Jews never Gentiles but specifically to Jews, Acts 2, 10, 19 all Jews.
Mark 16 often quoted to support Charismatic teachings, leaves out deadly serpents, they just claim the Tongue verse, how pathetic, and week minded . Lay hands on the sick and they shall recover, no prayer required, no faith required. No healer has that gift.
Lets see what the scriptures say [ not what the charismatics say] regarding Tongues { Languages]
In 1 Corinthians 14:22 we are told what tongues are For a sign
! Corinthians 14:22 Says clearly that they are for a SIGN only were told what they are for Israel
I Corinthians Chapter 1 clearly says they are a sign for the Jew The Jews require, Acts
That is why every time in the book of Acts 2 Acts 10, and Acts19 ALL JEWISH JEWISH JEWISH.
From Exodus for vs 8, 9 Moses was given the first sign and from that time on, signs signs signs all to Israel. Exodus 15:26 no faith just signs..
All signs throughout the Bible were meant for a Jew or the Nation of Israel due to their unbelief and rejection of Jesus. That is in the Bible, they mention or speak in tongues … There is a Jew present every single time… Paul was sick all his life and Luke the physician. was with him, he never got healed.
Also every charismatic ignorantly misses that when the Holy ghost fell upon them As cloven tongues of fire and they did all speak in tongues , the text clearly says the over 18 different nationalities were present all different languages , The Text states how be it we all here them speak in our own language

When God is done with Israel there are no more signs no more no more no more signs! they are not needed, as God temporally sets Israel aside then starts to deal and graph in the Gentiles.

Questions one may have regarding those who claim to speak in so called Tongues .First off, the word Tongue or tongues in the bible occurs numerous times, and almost every time it occurs, it always refers to a known language. Lets look at some verses before we can know from a bible perspective, if this gift as some claim, is in fact for our generation or a counterfeit spirit, meant to deceive and confuse.
Keep in mind, then, that the word tongues in the Greek means traditional languages. It is used in the EPISTLES THE SO CALLED NEW TESTAMENT… TONGUES IN MENTIONED fifty times and is never used to teach some heavenly speech of ecstasy. The Bible says nothing about going into a frenzy, a trance or an ecstasy to receive a ‘gift of tongues.’
Out of sixty-six books in the Bible, only three mention tongues except one reference related to the Jews in the book of Isaiah. And where it is most mentioned, in 1 Corinthians, God through Paul is correcting and regulating.
There are 1,189 chapters and 31,162 verses in the Bible, and only comparatively few verses deal with the subject in only seven chapters. All of this would surely indicate that it is hardly ‘the main focal point of the teaching of Christ,’ as some Charismatics teach. In fact, Jesus Christ never commanded His followers to speak with other tongues!
Jesus plainly taught that the Holy Spirit was to come to give us power and that power was to make us effectual witnesses. Soul winning, then, is the great burden of God. ‘Ye shall be witnesses unto me after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you’ (Acts 1:8). …
Never once were the disciples told to ‘lose themselves’ to allow the takeover of their reason by some spirit, nor were they ever told to allow their speech organs to wobble and their minds to ‘become unfruitful,’ as some tongues people today say we should.
The Bible does not say that ‘speaking in tongues’ is the initial evidence of the gift of the Holy Spirit to the believer.
In the book of Acts the gift of languages was used three times only. Great numbers of new converts were made in chapters 2,5,8 and 9. The Bible does not even imply that they ever spoke in tongues.”

First thing to notice is that Acts chapter 2:8 quote,. And how is it that we hear, each of us in his own native language? again there were numerous nations and people from the surrounding areas, that were represented by different languages as so clearly stated, you would have to be totally blinded to miss it.
Once the Holy spirit came upon them they all did hear in their own [tongues= Languages cannot be overlooked.
no human being can interpret Angelic tongues and no preacher of God preaches in Angelic tongues.
You have seen preachers who in public utter words you cannot understand and they call them ‘speaking in tongues’ – be very careful
When Paul said, ‘I speak in other tongues more than all of you’ (1 Cor 14:18), Paul was saying that he speaks more tongues of men (not of Angels) that most. And yes, Paul spoke in many tongues of men.
Demonic tongues
Demonic tongues are the opposite of both Angelic tongues and tongues of men
Satan was an Angel, speaking in tongues of the Angels, and when he was cast from heaven, he counterfeited and made a tongue for his kingdom, kingdom of darkness.
These are the tongues used to communicate in the kingdom of darkness reason they are called demonic tongues.
There are 2 types of people in the kingdom of darkness;
- The ignorant – they are the lukewarm, hypocrites, etc, (they can quote bible verses, say THE name Jesus, pray, etc but with the same tongue they blaspheme Him – one leg in Jesus and another in the darkness)
- Those who know they are in darkness serving it – they include Satanists, devil worshippers, magicians, witchdoctors, sign readers, fortune tellers, top world music stars, etc
The second group of people all speak in demonic tongues – it’s a tongue of communication between them and the kingdom of darkness.
Satan uses the first group of people without their knowledge – they can speak in demonic tongues without knowing if it’s demonic or Angelic or tongues of men.
Demonic tongues are used to communicate to the kingdom of darkness reason witchdoctors have to chant in tongues
You know tongues of men and can name many, but what are the differences between demonic tongues and tongues of the Angels;
Differences between Angelic tongues and demonic tongues
1. Repetitions
God hates repetitions for He is not deaf (Mt 6) and when speaking in Angelic tongues you cannot speak in repetitions
Demonic tongues are full of repetitions and chantings
2. Spoken publicly
Angelic tongues are for you to speak secretly only to God
Demonic tongues are publicly used for fame, pride, prestige, envy, show-off, boasting, etc
3. Not fluent and with flaws
In the same manner you speak tongues of men fluently and flawlessly, so do you speak angelic tongues under the Holy Spirit, but this is not so with demonic tongues.
Demonic tongues are not fluent, full of repetitions, same words, same sentences and full of flaws
4. Spoken by people with no fruits of the Holy Spirit at all
Angelic tongues are spoken by those in Jesus, Baptized with the Holy Spirit, thus fruits of the Holy Spirit are manifested in them
Demonic tongues are spoken by those without the fruits of the Holy Spirit, the wicked, blasphemous, hypocrites, those who deny the Power and fight it, godliness with no power, etc.
When indeed you have the Holy Spirit dwelling in you, you can identify a demonic tongue from miles away
What is spoken in majority of churches today in the name of speaking in tongues is demonic tongues
Unless a person is delivered, many speaking in demonic tongues cannot know its demonic – a prisoner knows no freedom.
Charismatic Speaking in Tongues is of the Devil
Charismatics teach that speaking in tongues (as they practice it), is a sign of being spiritual, proof of being saved, and being full of the Holy Spirit. However, this teaching is NOT taught in the Word of God. The Apostle John wrote in Books of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd John. John declares in 1st John 5:13, “These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may KNOW that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.” If speaking in tongues is evidence of salvation, as Pentecostals claim it is, then why DIDN’T John mention tongues even once in his epistles? I mean, John stated that he wrote his epistle of 1st John so that we may KNOW that we are saved; yet he NEVER mentions “tongues.”
The Biblical sign of one’s salvation is a changed life (2nd Corinthians 5:17). John spoke of love, and keeping God’s commandments; but, he never mentions tongues. He never mentions baptism either. Yet so many false religions today MANDATE baptism, speaking in tongues, etc. Charismatic jibber-jabber tongues is of the Devil. The Biblical sign gift of tongues in Acts 2 and Acts 10 ceased by the end of the the Epistles.
Any carrying on with mumbo-jumbo, hocus-pocus, spontaneous jibber-jabber is NOT of the Holy Spirit; but is of a familiar spirit. A familiar spirit is any spirit that is not the Holy Spirit. These are demonic influences. No believer should ever partake of the Charismatic movement’s speaking in tongues, or of the Word of Faith movement, because they are of the Devil. Jesus never spoke in tongues; but He did wash His disciple’s feet as an example for us to follow. Jesus did witness the Gospel to others. If speaking in Charismatic tongues were so important, then why doesn’t the Bible place any emphasis upon it, as the Pentecostals do?
The purpose of ALL of the gifts of the Holy Spirit is to win lost souls to Jesus Christ; not to make a display for entertainment. Charismatics have turned the house of God into an entertainment center–with their drums, screeching guitars, falling on the floor, rolling on the floor, laughing, barking, acting crazy! They make a mockery of decency and the Word of God. Then there’s Oral Roberts 900 foot Jesus which he claimed to have seen. How about Benny Hinn’s Holy Spirit machine gun? These are imposters, wolves, who come to us dressed in sheep’s clothing.
Conclusion
ALL SIGN GIFTS ENDED, ALL HEALINGS SIGNS AND WONDERS, WERE FOR A SIGN TO THE UNBELIEVING JEWS AS THE JEWS REQUIRE A SIGN, NO ONE ELSE IT WAS ANLY TO REACH THE JEWSIH NATION.
GOD GAVE MOSES THE FIRST SIGN ,EXODUS 4, WHERE HE WAS HE FIRST PERSON TO GET SICK IN THE BIBLE NO ONE EVER WAS SICK IN TEH BIBLE BEFORE MOSES, GOD TOLD HIM TO PUT HIS HAND IN HIS BOSOM, THEN PULL IT OUT HE HAD LEPROSEY THEN TOLD HIM TO PUT IT BACK IN, IT CAME OUT CLEAN AGAIN, THATS ONE SIGN THEN HE TOLD HIM TO CAST HIS STAFF DOWN AND PICK IT UP IT TURNED INTO A SERPENT THE SECOND SIGN TO THE JEWSIH NATION OF ISRAEL MOSES SAID THE PEOPLE WILL NOT HARKEN UNLESS THEY SEE A SIGN.
SIGN GIFTS ALL OF THEM NOT JUST WERE GIVEN IN A UNIT ALL TOGETHER, NO ONE CAN JUST SELECTIVLEY PICK WHICH SIGN TO DUPLICATE.
Charismatic tongues is dangerous, because it involves familiar spirits. It also draws unsaved people into church for the wrong reasons. It’s the same problem with so-called “Christian rock.” People come to the rock music, not to Jesus Christ. Most people join Charismatic churches because of the excitement and entertainment, not because they want to find God. As a result, many people find churchianity without Christianity. We are living in apostate times, when most people have religion without God, and knowledge without truth. Let us be diligent to contend for the faith, and expose Satan’s works of darkness. Speaking in Charismatic tongues is evil, and is nowhere taught in the Word of God. Don’t be misled by the false prophets of Pentecostalism, speaking in Charismatic tongues is of the Devil.
